Private Childbirth Education Class

This one on one course was designed by me to equip you with the information that I think is most helpful for people to know before giving birth. This is a two part LIVE, private, virtual class for you and your partner or birth support person held online through Zoom lasting 3 hours.

We will go over:

+Common terms
+Stages of labor
+Comfort and coping strategies
+Inductions
+Advocacy
+Informed consent
+preparing for postpartum

Class includes:

+attendance for you and a support person in the class
+access to resources
+you are welcome to reach out to me until your birth with follow up questions via email

My current 1:1 birth education class is priced at $200, however, I am happy to offering a sliding scale and pay what you can model for families in need of support, especially when birthing at home. Let’s talk!
